1. General provisions
This personal data processing policy is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data" and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data of the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "VIP INFORM" - EDRPOU Code 39444938 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

The Operator sets as its most important goal and condition for carrying out its activities the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, in particular the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.

This Operator's policy on the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may receive about visitors to the websites http://momot.com.ua/ (and all subdomains).

2. Basic concepts used in the Policy

Automated processing of personal data - processing of personal data by means of computer technology;

Blocking of personal data is a temporary suspension of the processing of personal data (except when processing is necessary to clarify personal data);

Website means a set of graphic and informational materials, as well as database programs that ensure their availability on the Internet at the network address http://momot.com.ua/ (and all subdomains).

Personal data information system means a set of personal data contained in databases and ensuring their processing with the help of information technologies and technical means;

Depersonalization of personal data - actions as a result of which it is impossible to determine the ownership of personal data to a specific user or other personal data subject without the use of additional information;

Processing of personal data means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;

Operator means a state body, municipal body, legal entity or individual that, independently or jointly with other persons, organizes and/or processes personal data, as well as determines the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and actions (operations) performed with personal data.

Personal data - any information that directly or indirectly relates to a specific or identified User of the http://momot.com.ua/ website;

User - any visitor to the website http://momot.com.ua/;

Provision of personal data - actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of persons;

Dissemination of personal data means any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite number of persons (transfer of personal data) or at familiarizing an unlimited number of persons with personal data, including disclosure of personal data in the media, posting in information and telecommunication networks or providing access to personal data in any other way;

Cross-border transfer of personal data is the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign government authority, a foreign individual or a foreign legal entity;

Destruction of personal data means any actions as a result of which personal data is irrevocably destroyed with the impossibility of further restoring the content of personal data in the personal data information system and/or as a result of which material carriers of personal data are destroyed.

3. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User:

Surname, first name, patronymic;
Email address;
Phone number.
delivery address of the Goods;
place of residence of the User
The above data is further referred to in this Policy as Personal Data.

4. Purposes of personal data processing

The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to inform the User by sending e-mails; to conclude, execute and terminate civil law contracts; to provide the User with access to services, information and/or materials contained on the website.

The Operator also has the right to send notifications to the User about new products and services, special offers and various events. The User can always refuse to receive informational messages by sending a letter to the Operator to the email address momot81@gmail.com with the note "Refusal to receive notifications about new products and services and special offers".

Anonymized User data collected through Internet statistics services is used to collect information about Users' actions on the website, improve the quality of the website and its content.

5. Legal grounds for processing personal data

The Operator processes the User's personal data only if it is filled in and/or sent by the User independently through special forms located on the website http://momot.com.ua/.

By filling out the appropriate forms and/or sending their personal data to the Operator, the User agrees to this Policy.

The Operator processes anonymized data about the User if it is allowed in the User's browser settings (cookies and JavaScript technology are enabled).

6. Procedure for collecting, storing, transferring and other types of personal data processing

The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of the current legislation in the field of personal data protection.

The operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent access to personal data by unauthorized persons.

The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the implementation of applicable law.

In case of inaccuracies in the personal data, the User may update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator to the Operator's e-mail address momot81@gmail.com marked "Updating personal data".

The period of personal data processing is unlimited. The User may at any time withdraw his/her consent to the processing of personal data by sending a notification to the Operator by e-mail to the Operator's e-mail address momot81@gmail.com marked "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data".

7. Cross-border transfer of personal data

Before starting the cross-border transfer of personal data, the operator must make sure that the foreign state to whose territory the transfer of personal data is to be carried out ensures reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.

Cross-border transfer of personal data in the territory of foreign countries that do not meet the above requirements may be carried out only if the personal data subject consents in writing to the cross-border transfer of his or her personal data and/or the execution of an agreement to which the personal data subject is a party.

This document will reflect any changes to the Operator's personal data processing policy. The policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
