According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", exchange or return of goods is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer.

The exchange is possible for a different size, color, or for another product.

If the condition of the goods meets the following requirements:

• It was not in use.
• The product appearance and all labels are preserved.
• The package is complete.

This product is considered to be of good quality and is subject to exchange without giving any reason.

If the goods are returned of good quality, the buyer pays the transportation costs.

The goods are considered to be of inadequate quality (defective):

• A product that does not meet the characteristics declared by the manufacturer.
• The presence of manufacturing defects that prevent the product from being used for its intended purpose.

Cases when a return/exchange is not possible:

• Custom-made goods (individual sizes, non-standard models).
